Disposable email inbox with automatic refresh
Copy the address to receive email; for long-term privacy, use a forwarding alias instead.
When to use it
Separate one-off email from your long-term identity
Not every website needs your everyday email. Choose a disposable inbox or forwarding alias based on how long the relationship will last.
Separate unknown websites before signing up
When trying a new service, claiming a one-time download, or viewing content, use a web inbox to receive email without handing over your long-term address.
Receive verification codes
The inbox refreshes automatically, so you spend less time switching tabs. For important accounts, use your regular long-term email.
Check test emails
Developers and QA teams can confirm in the browser that the subject, sender, and body arrived as expected.
Three simple steps
From copying the address to reading your email
A disposable inbox has already been created on this page. When real email arrives, it will replace the demo messages.
Copy the current address
Click the copy button to the right of the address, then paste it into the website where you need to receive email.
Stay on the page and wait
The inbox checks for new messages every fifteen seconds. If you’re waiting for an urgent email, you can also refresh it manually.
Open the full row to read
New messages show the sender, subject, and arrival time. Click anywhere on the row to load the full body.
Know the limits
Disposable email is for short-term tasks—not critical account recovery
The address is valid for three hours by default and can be extended, but its total lifetime cannot exceed twenty-four hours. After closing the page, you can restore an address that is still valid in the same browser; once it expires, don’t rely on it to receive messages.
Frequently asked questions
What to know before you get started
Clear answers about validity, refresh behavior, and appropriate uses.
How long does a disposable email last?
New addresses are valid for three hours by default. You can extend the time from the toolbar, but the total validity of one email cannot exceed twenty-four hours.
Does the inbox refresh automatically?
Yes. The page checks for new messages regularly. Clicking “Refresh inbox” also checks immediately and shows you the result.
Why are there already two messages in an empty inbox?
They are interface demos showing a Microsoft verification code and a Dropbox sharing notification, so you can preview the reading experience. Demo rows disappear automatically when real email arrives.
Can I use it to sign up for a bank or important account?
We don’t recommend it. Services that require long-term sign-in, billing, or account recovery should use an email address you control continuously; disposable addresses are best for short-term, low-risk tasks.
Can I still use the old email after changing addresses?
Changing the address creates a new three-hour inbox and invalidates the old one. Before switching, make sure you’re no longer waiting for messages at the old address.
What’s the difference between a forwarding alias and disposable email?
Disposable email receives messages temporarily in the browser. A forwarding alias sends messages to your real inbox, making it better for ongoing communication when you don’t want to reveal your real address.
Choose by relationship
Will you still need this connection after one email?
Decide how long the relationship should last before sharing an address. The right choice reduces account moves and future inbox cleanup.
One-time task
Use a disposable inbox for a download, trial, or short-lived code, then let the address expire naturally.
Ongoing, with boundaries
Give shopping, newsletters, and communities separate forwarding aliases so one source can be paused without disruption.
Critical long-term account
Use an email you control permanently for banking, health, work, and account recovery, with stronger verification enabled.
