Rules for short-term inboxes and ongoing forwarding
Using Forwardtmp means you accept these rules. Temporary addresses are not permanent accounts, and forwarding identities may not be used to conceal illegal or harmful activity.
Retention periods
Disposable email addresses last up to 24 hours; delivery records are kept for up to the most recent 30 days.
Control
Aliases can be paused or deleted individually. Deletion and expiration are generally irreversible.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee delivery of every external email.
Reduce your exposure of your real email address
- Try services or receive low-risk verification codes and test emails
- Create independently pausable receiving identities for different websites
- Check subjects, message bodies, and attachments during authorized testing
- Use refresh, retry, and not-spam marking responsibly
These activities may be restricted or terminated
- Sending spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
- Circumventing bans, mass registration, load testing, or disrupting the service
- Violating privacy or intellectual property rights, or impersonating others
- Using the service for illegal transactions or to evade lawful investigations
1. Agreement with us
These terms form the agreement between you and Forwardtmp for the services on this site. If you disagree, stop using the site and clear its saved state from your browser.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and supplements these terms. If an in-product notice for a specific feature conflicts with these terms, the more specific lawful notice applies.
2. Services
The site provides account-free temporary inboxes and an email-verification-code-based dashboard for controlling forwarding addresses. Features may include address copying, address rotation, delays, refreshing, alias activation and pausing, delivery records, attachment downloads, and authenticator protection.
We may adjust the interface, capacity, domains, anti-abuse measures, and technical implementation. If a change materially affects long-term forwarding, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable.
3. Temporary addresses are not permanent accounts
Temporary email addresses are valid for three hours by default and may be extended within the maximum period allowed by the product, but never beyond 24 hours. After expiration, address rotation, or service cleanup, the address and its contents may become immediately unrecoverable.
Do not use a temporary address to register a bank, medical, government, paid-asset, or otherwise important account that must be recovered long term. You are responsible for choosing an email address you can control over time for important relationships.
4. Forwarding identities and receiving destinations
Before creating a forwarding identity, you must prove control of the receiving email address with a one-time verification code. Do not forward email to an unauthorised third party or evade abuse controls by repeatedly changing the destination.
Each identity can be paused, resumed, or deleted, and the system may set quantity and rate limits. After deletion, we do not guarantee that the address can be registered again or continue receiving new email.
5. Your security responsibilities
Protect your browser session, email verification codes, and authenticator keys, and avoid leaving login sessions on shared devices. If you discover unauthorised use, log out, delete the relevant identities, and contact support.
We will not ask you by email for your password or complete one-time code. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily sharing tokens, verification codes, or device access.
6. Content and rights
Rights in email content remain with the original rights holder; using the site does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you or Forwardtmp. You represent that you have the right to receive, view, download, and process content obtained through the service.
You grant us a limited licence solely to transmit, filter, display, temporarily store, and troubleshoot that content. The licence ends when those processing purposes end, although necessary backups and legally required records may be retained for a limited period before deletion.
7. Prohibited misuse
You may not use the site for spam, credential theft, harassment, malware distribution, bypassing access controls, automated mass registration, or other unlawful activity. Do not probe, reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or deliberately consume resources beyond reasonable use.
We may use automated and manual signals to identify risk, including request rates, address patterns, delivery failures, and security reports. To protect users and infrastructure, we may temporarily block content or restrict features.

9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service, wait for a temporary address to expire, delete aliases, or log out of the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate all or part of your access for violations of these terms, security risks, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity.
Restrictions may take effect immediately in an urgent risk situation. When circumstances allow, we will provide a reason or an appeal channel, but not if doing so would reveal detection mechanisms or compromise someone else’s security.
10. Third parties and delivery
Email depends on external sending systems, domain reputation, networks, and receiving mailbox providers, so messages may be delayed, rejected, sent to spam, or truncated. The site cannot control third-party policies or availability.
External links, attachments, and buttons in emails are the responsibility of the relevant third party. Check the sender and destination before opening them, and do not treat successful display as an endorsement of content safety.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; to the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on a temporary service for important accounts, legal notices, or irreplaceable documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded are not excluded by this section.
12. Indemnity, law, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable claims and costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these terms. Both parties should first communicate in good faith and attempt to resolve disputes proportionately to their scope.
